Return and Refund Policy

No Returns Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Refunds Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

  • Item arrives damaged (photo evidence required)
  • Item is defective (photo evidence required)
  • Item not received after 30 days from shipment with no tracking updates

How to Request a Refund Contact us at hello@adyan.net within 7 days of delivery (or 30 days from shipment for non-delivery) with your order number and photos if applicable. Requests made outside this window will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Package marked as delivered by carrier
  • Failure to contact us before filing a bank dispute

Chargebacks If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us, we will dispute it with all available evidence including tracking information, delivery confirmation, and transaction records. Filing a false chargeback may constitute fraud.
